The pastry crust is made with butter instead of shortening. Filling paste is sweetened with maltose, brown sugar and honey. Contains wheat, egg and dairy. No preservatives.
This mooncake weighs approx. 70g each.
Comes in box of 4 or 6 pieces, individually packed and sealed.
Salted Yolk Pastry Mooncake - Yam Lotus (蛋黄酥-香芋莲蓉)
Consumed within 7 days, or keep chill up to 14 days.
Store at room temperature away from heat source and direct sunlight. Do note that mooncakes made with low sugar and no preservative has short shelf life.
Thaw to room temperature or toast lightly before consuming for best texture.
