Transforming local favorites nyonya kueh into Christmas delight ~
The result is an enjoyable layered cake with pandan sponge, fluffy pandan cream cheese custard and silky buttercream in between each layer, following a spread of fragrant and nutty flavours from toasted desicated coconut coated with keto caramel mimicking “gula melaka”.
This yule log is iced with silky buttercream and sprinkle with toasted desiccated coconut. Decorations may varies subject to availability.
