This loaf keeps well wrapped in cling wrap (that comes with it) in cool dry place at room temperature for 2 days. Away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Gluten Free bread should not be refrigerated as this will make it dry and hard much faster due to the ingredients used. If you plan to store for more than 2 days, wrap tightly and FREEZE upon receipt. Consumed within 30 days without affecting the quality or taste. To enjoy, just pop them into a toaster or oven directly from the freezer.
