Bread will appear moist during slicing, which is natural for our bread due to the ingredients used. It keeps well wrapped in paper bag (that comes with it) in cool dry place for 2 days. Away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Gluten Free bread should not be refrigerated as this will make it dry and hard much faster due to the ingredients used. If you plan to store for more than 2 days, wrap tightly and FREEZE upon receipt. Consumed within 30 days without affecting the quality or taste. To enjoy, just pop them into a toaster or oven directly from the freezer.
